Zelda is the main antagonist of the third Swan Princess movie, The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure. She is probably Lord Rothbart's girlfriend.
She is treacherous and was the one who is responsible for Rothbart's regaining power. She is also very cunning that she fools folks like Lord Rogers and captures Whizzer, whom she double crossed three times in a row for his freedom.

The Swan Princess III: The Mystery of the Enchanted Treasure (The Swan Princess: The Mystery of the Enchanted Kingdom)
She kidnaps Odette in return of the Forbidden Arts and with the green fireball, she captures a defenseless Odette, along with Jean-Bob as a stowaway. Then, Zelda waits for Derek to arrive and give her the notes that he had hid in his library and gave it back to her. Using a red fireball, she kills Odette but was revived when Derek destroys the notes in the fire. Zelda was killed by falling back into the green fireball which she used to imprison Odette and Jean-Bob.
