After Odette was kidnapped by Rothbart, he cast an evil spell on her that transforms her into a white swan. she is his prisoner, and has to stay in his castle (later called the Swan Lake), There she meet three animals friends: A turtle named Speed, Puffin a puffin bird, and French accent frog named Jean-Bob who thinks that he is prince.
The transformations are:
At night she has to stay over the surface of the lake when moon comes up. With a bright light, she transforms back into a lovely princess.
When the moon sets, she transform back into a beautiful swan again.
